Job Description

1. Organize online training courses and seminars:

• Plan and conduct training sessions on how to effectively use Google Workspace.
• Organize online seminars and webinars to introduce and guide new features of Google Workspace.

2. Customer and internal team guidance:

• Provide detailed guidance to customers and internal employees on how to best use Google Workspace tools.
• Support the transition to Google Workspace, ensuring seamless and efficient work.

3. Create training materials:

• Create and update training materials, user guides, how-to videos, and other reference materials to support users.
• Ensure training materials are up-to-date with the latest Google Workspace features and tools.

Request

1. Good teaching and presentation skills:

• Ability to present and communicate information clearly and easily understood.
• Teaching, guiding and answering questions for learners.

2. Deep understanding of Google Workspace:

• Comprehensive knowledge of Google Workspace apps like Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Meet, Calendar, and Chat.
• Stay up to date with new features and improvements to Google Workspace.

3. Experience in organizing and running training programs:

• Experience in planning, organizing and managing training programs.
• Ability to conduct online and face-to-face training sessions, ensuring active and effective participation of learners.
